With clean hands, roll the earplug between your fingers into a ball shape. Gently insert the earplug into your ear and press until it fits snugly. Shape the earplug to your ear to seal out noise. Avoid inserting too deeply.

Use for Intended Purpose Only: Do not use earplugs for any purpose other than as directed. Use the entire earplug (do not cut, break apart or elongate). Not intended for scuba diving. If misused (by failure to use as directed), earplugs may become lodged in ear, requiring removal by a medical professional. Do not wet earplugs or allow earplugs to become wet with any other lubricants, solvents or other chemicals (may be used in chlorinated water). Adult supervision required for children under 15. Keep away from infants and small children when not in use. These plugs are non-toxic but may interfere with breathing if caught in windpipe, which could lead to serious injury or death.
