When you’ve finished your nighttime routine, apply mouth tape over your lips for a night of better, deeper, more restful sleep. When removing the tape the following morning, pull the skin taut and gently remove it. For the stronger grip tape, we recommend wetting the tape first. For best results, use nightly.
